Encinitas Little League Player at La Costa Canyon Homerun Derby.

The La Costa Canyon High School Mavericks Baseball program held a fundraiser on Saturday, April 10 at their home field. The 2010 home run derby fundraising effort was held to help supplement the funding received by the school from the district for the 2010 baseball program. The Mavs invited local little league players to the derby for a chance to hit with the big boys and show off their skills.

Encinitas EDGE Easter Classic Tournament 2010

The Encinitas EDGE 10U-AA team travelled to Big League Dreams in Chino Hills, CA on Easter Weekend to compete in the USSSA Easter Classic 2010. The boys played in 5 games in two days finishing with a 3-2 record, 2nd place overall AND qualified for the USSSA 2010 World Series. Congratulations EDGE!

The Encinitas Little League Minor A Yankees travelled to Park Dale Lane Elementary on Saturday to meet the Encinitas National Little League Razorbacks in inter-league play. Both teams put in a strong effort with the Razorbacks coming back from behind to top the Yankees.
